2. Service Description

VantMacro provides economic data analysis, regime detection, and market intelligence tools for informational purposes. The Service aggregates publicly available economic data from sources including FRED (Federal Reserve Economic Data), OECD, and other public databases, and applies empirically-derived analytical frameworks.

Key features include:

• Global liquidity tracking and analysis
• Empirically-grounded market intelligence
• Historical regime performance analysis
• Knowledge Hub with educational content

3. User Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Not Financial Advice: VantMacro provides economic data analysis for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
• No Guarantees: Past regime performance does not guarantee future results. All regime classifications and predictions are based on historical data and may not accurately predict future market conditions.
• Independent Judgment: You are solely responsible for your investment and financial decisions. You should consult with qualified financial, legal, and tax advisors before making any investment decisions.
• Data Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is error-free, complete, or current. Economic data is subject to revisions by source institutions.
• Appropriate Use: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and not for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Free Tier

Access to basic regime data and limited features is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free tier at any time.

4.2 PRO Tier

The PRO subscription provides access to premium features including advanced analytics, custom alerts, saved views, and priority support. PRO subscriptions are processed through Stripe.

4.3 Billing

• PRO subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Annual subscriptions receive 2 months free (equivalent to 12 months for the price of 10).
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Prices are displayed in USD and GBP. You will be charged in your selected currency.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time PRO subscribers. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 14 days.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your PRO subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain PRO access until the end of the paid period.

Upon cancellation, you will lose access to PRO features but retain access to the Free tier. Your account data will be preserved unless you request account deletion.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• VantMacro and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data, or business interruption.
• VantMacro is not liable for any investment decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
• Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, data compilations, analytical frameworks, and software, are owned by VantMacro or its licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us at [email protected].

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
